"In the Heart of Hospitality": this slogan we chose for the Locanda Le Salette located in Fumane, in the heart of Valpolicella, land of great red wines a few steps from Lake Garda and Verona, city of Juliet, the Arena and VeronaFiere. The hotel, open all year, has 16 rooms (single, double and triple) simple but clean and comfortable for a total of 25 beds, and offered as an excellent starting point for excursions and wine tours. The typicality and warmth of the old “trattoria”, recently renovated; the typical restaurant with fresh seasonal produce at 0 km, a welcoming atmosphere along with good value for money, are the characteristics that make it unique and enjoyable our proposal. The kitchen is tied to tradition, accompanied by a winery dedicated to the 14 wine producers of Valpolicella DOC wine in Fumane valley, complemented by great IGT and a representation of other DOC wines of Verona. Great success also collect "pasta", cakes, bread and breadsticks with homemade organic flour, prepared with passion by people with handicap guests of our hotel in agreement with the local health services. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday lunch.
