Our Gourmet "Atelier Restaurant" offers the guest the opportunity for a new gastronomic experience in the city of Verona. The beauty of classical and contemporary art comes together with the high quality of the cooking proposed by our Chef. The setting speaks for itself: three rooms where nothing is left to chance, from the chairs to the mise en place (all with the mark of Byblos Art ) and the photographs on the tiled walls in the two smoker's corners.
The 15th century cellars, which bring together contemporary design and old architecture, enrich the guest's experience with more than three hundred carefully selected wines. The courteous and impeccable service are the final touch, completing a unique and unrepeatable experience. In summer it is also possible to have lunch or dinner in the secluded internal courtyard, as well as in the internal rooms.
